1.Bundelkhand Expressway has been built as Uttar Pradesh’s first solar energy expressway. It has been built on PP model and 550 MW solar plants will be installed in it. This will be built by the Uttar Pradesh Expressway Industrial Development Authority.

Bundelkhand Expressway will pass through seven districts of Uttar Pradesh namely Chitrakoot, Banda, Mahoba, Hamirpur, Jalaun, Auraiya and Etawah. It is a 296 kilometer long four-line expressway.

2.Telecom Center of Excellence has been built in Saharanpur.

Aqua Park has been built in Gorakhpur. This park has been built in Tal Kadhla of Sadar Tehsil. Fish farming will be done in this.

3.Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh has launched Hot Cooked Meal Scheme for children of 3 years to 6 years in Uttar Pradesh. In this, 70 grams of cooked food will be given to each child.

The Ganga dolphin has been declared the aquatic animal of Uttar Pradesh by the Government of Uttar Pradesh on 6 October 2023. In Uttar Pradesh the number is up to 2000. The Ganges dolphin was included in the IUCN’s threatened list. In the year 2009, the Ganga dolphin was declared the national aquatic animal by the Government of India.

5.The fourth phase of Mission Shakti Abhiyan was started on 14 October 2023 with the aim of empowering women.

6.Mahila Sarathi was launched by the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh on 22 October 2023 from Ayodhya, the objective of which is to appoint women as drivers and conductors.

7.The foundation stone of Naval Gallantry Museum in Lucknow was laid by the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh on 21 October 2023. It will be built on the banks of Gomti River. Gomati river is also called Adi Ganga.

8.Shri Anna Utsav was celebrated in Lucknow on 27, 28, 29 October. Its objective was to promote coarse grains.

35 kg of grains is given on each ration card by the Uttar Pradesh government. From 2024, 14 kg wheat, 10 kg millet and 11 kg rice will be given. , Earlier, there was a provision of giving only wheat and rice.

13.Anpara thermal project has been started in Sonbhadra. Through which 1600 MW electricity will be produced.

14.SAFE Project is started in Uttar Pradesh to secure women and girls in the state. The government has installed cameras and other security equipment at the entry and exit points of 17 city exits.

15.The Uttar Pradesh government has launched the Nandini Krishak Samriddhi Yojana 2023 under the Nand Baba Mission for improving the breed of cattle and increasing milk production productivity. In the state, this scheme will be started at the headquarters of 10 divisions, Ayodhya, Gorakhpur, Varanasi, Prayagraj, Lucknow, Kanpur, Jhansi, Meerut, Agra, and Bareilly.

To avail the benefit of this scheme, farmers should have 3 years of cattle rearing experience and for its establishment it is necessary to have 0.5 acres of land.

The 21st census of animals is to be held in 2024.

16.The foundation stone of the Shiva themed International Stadium has been laid by Narendra Modi at the Cricket Stadium, Varanasi.

17.The name of Udhampur railway station located in Kashmir has been changed to Martyr Captain Tushar Mahajan.

Pratapgarh railway station will now be named Maa Belha Devi Dham Pratapgarh Station, Antu station has been renamed as Maa Chandika Devi Dham Antu, Vishan Nath Ganj station has been renamed as Shanidev Dham Vishwanathganj.
