The format of personality test is not like the traditional interviews which are conducted by private organizations or other technical institutes. Its subject area is much wider than other interviews.
There are no question-answer sessions in this to test the knowledge of the candidate. On the contrary, personality test is mostly based on discussion and taste.

You should have complete knowledge of both yourself and your shortcomings and your strategy should be based on that.
