Why should we not eat chicken everyday?
According to a report, chicken is rich in protein. Eating chicken everyday or eating too much chicken can lead to kidney disease. Eating too much chicken promotes obesity. Eating too much chicken promotes cholesterol, which increases the risk of heart disease.
Eating too much chicken reduces the effect of antibiotic, antiviral and antifungal life saving medicines in the body, due to which many diseases in the body cannot be cured.
